Anonymous Notes From Picky People - No Longer Hiding

I have found that part of my recover includes no longer hiding the fact that I have skin problems. I have now walked out of the house without makeup covering my latest scars and scabs.

It feels quite liberating to do so. Like I am freeing myself up to show the world how I really feel, like I am no longer afraid to show just how much pain I am in. I have a feeling this will help make me more honest with myself about my pain and help me stop picking less.

I think that not putting the makeup on is also helping out my skin overall which is a secondary, but very welcome result of coming out from hiding.
